How to make payments

Description / Information:

It is important that you read this guide to understand how to submit renewals or pay off your multi-month financing plans in full.

Our system is highly flexible, allowing you to pay for your upcoming installments at any time. We recommend doing so before the indicated due dates to avoid violating your terms and conditions.

You may also pay for several months in advance so you don't have to worry about payments if you are unavailable for a period of time.

At any time, you may also choose to pay off your financing in full.

Let's go step-by-step.

Paying for your financing renewals:

  1. Access your Orion panel: https://orion.aerofinancialfse.com

  2. Select your financing and click on "Manage Financing". [Insert image here]

Understanding your installment list: The list is divided into two sections:

  • Upcoming installments: The next payments due.

  • Installment list: A complete record of all your quotas, whether paid or unpaid.

  • "Pending": These installments have not yet been paid.

  • "Verified": These installments have been verified and paid. You will also see the date and time of the payment.

How to make a payment:

  1. Go to FSEconomy.

  2. Send the funds to: AeroFinancialFSE (owned by leuros88).

  3. Send the exact amount indicated as pending.

  4. In the payment description: Enter your Financing ID. You can find this on the same page; use the "Copy" function to easily copy the ID and paste it into the field.

After sending the payment: Please wait 30 minutes. If the automated system recognizes your payment, it will send you an email, and your Orion page will be updated to reflect that the installment has been paid.

If you do not receive an email or see your payment record in Orion by the end of the day, please send an email to our team including your Financing ID and a brief description of the issue.

Multiple installments:

You can pay for multiple installments at once.

To do so, simply add up the total amount of all the pending installments you wish to pay. Note that this applies to a single financing plan only. If you wish to make payments for different financing plans, you must repeat the process separately for each, ensuring you use the correct Financing ID for each one.

  1. Access your Orion panel: https://orion.aerofinancialfse.com and click on "Manage Financing".

  2. Calculate the total: Add up all the installments you wish to pay in advance.

    • Example: 50,000 x 3 = 150,000.

  3. Go to FSEconomy and send the total calculated amount.

  4. Send to: AeroFinancialFSE (owned by leuros88).

  5. Description: Enter your Financing ID. For convenience, you can use the "Copy" function in the Orion panel to easily copy and paste your ID into the description field.

After sending the payment, please wait 30 minutes.

You will receive an email confirming the number of installments paid. You can review your updated payment status at any time within your Orion panel.

TOTAL PAY OFF:

With the "Total Payoff" feature, the system calculates the remaining balance to pay off your entire financing, including an adjustment for unused fees/interest.

To use this function, first log in to https://orion.aerofinancialfse.com and click on "Manage Financing" for the specific financing plan you wish to pay off in full.

  1. Calculate: Click on "Calculate Total Payoff". The system will calculate the total amount due today, including adjustments for your available credit, fees, interest, or aircraft held as collateral.

  2. Make the payment: Go to FSEconomy and send the exact amount calculated in your "Total Payoff".

    • Send to: AeroFinancialFSE (owned by Leuros88).

    • Description: Enter your Financing ID. You can use the "Copy" function in Orion for convenience.

  3. Wait for processing: Please wait 30 minutes for our system to verify the payment. You will receive an email confirming your "Total Payoff," and all pending installments will be marked as paid.

  4. Finalization: Once the system confirms the payment, our team will process the request. We will mark your financing as PAID and release your financed aircraft or FBO to you.

Other considerations:

Our system performs checks automatically. To avoid any issues, please ensure you send the exact amounts and clearly state your Financing ID (AF#XXXXXX).

You will receive an email for every payment. If the amounts sent are incorrect, that money may be held as credit toward your pending installments.

Please note that once all installments have been paid, a member of our team will manually review your requests to finalize the process.
