2. Now that I have sent the down payment, what do I need to do?

Once you have received the quote and decided to proceed, you can send us the down payment (if you have not done so already).

You will find the specific amount and instructions in the email sent by our team. It is very important that you send the exact amounts and follow the instructions provided.

Once our team receives your confirmation and we have verified your down payment as agreed in the email, we will begin the financing process.

• Account Creation: Our staff will create an account for you in the Orion system: https://orion.aerofinancialfse.com

• Secure Access: For security reasons, we do not handle passwords. Instead, our team will send you an activation URL via email, allowing you to set your own account password.

• Verification: Our team will verify that the down payment and the agreement terms are correct.

• Linking your Financing: Once verified, our team will link the requested financing to your Orion account and record your payment schedule and agreements.

• Managing your Account: You will receive all these details via email. Once you activate your Orion account, you will be able to view your financing details, payment records, and due dates, as well as request changes to your financing.

• Collateral & Ownership: For aircraft or FBOs, we will provide them to you under a lease agreement. We will remain the legal owners until you complete the final payment of the financing plan.
